Great clip of Maxine guys!!! I think it not only proves she is trying to be slick about SOCIALISM, but demented too! That’s all we would need!!! She makes Barney look like the bargain! Yikes!!!
I liked the sweater Frank liked too – from a distance (couldn’t see the details, probably just as well).
Not quite sure what made me laugh more… Lori Denham’s joke, Frank and Brian’s sweaters, the mere idea of Ms. Waters having more power or control than she does now or Joe Parsons comment. Keep it up Frank and Brian, always good information!

Maxine Waters is more scary than anyone I have listened to. She really doesn’t know which end is up. I would think the American people would really resent being classified as being too ignorant and uniformed to make decent decisions. Who is she referring to? I wonder.

THE QUEEN’S RIDDLE
When Barack Obama met with the Queen of England. He asked her, “Your Majesty, how do you run such an efficient government? Are there any tips you can give to me?”
“Well,” said the Queen, “the most important thing is to surround yourself with intelligent people.”
Obama frowned, and then asked, “But how do I know the people around are really intelligent?”
The Queen took a sip of tea. “Oh, that’s easy; you just ask them to answer an intelligent riddle.”
The Queen pushed a button on her intercom. “Please send Tony Blair in here, would you?”
Tony Blair walked into the room and said, “Yes, Your Majesty?”
The Queen smiled and said, “Answer me this please, Tony, your mother and father have a child. It is not your brother and it is not your sister. Who is it?”
Without pausing for a moment, Tony Blair answered, “That would be me.”
“Yes! Very good,” said the Queen.
Obama went back home to ask Joe Biden, his vice presidential choice the same question. “Joe, answer this for me. Your mother and your father have a child. It’s not your brother and it’s not your sister. Who is it?”
“I’m not sure,” said Biden. “Let me get back to you on that one.”
He went to his advisors and asked every one, but none could give him an answer. Finally, he ran into Sarah Palin out eating one night. Biden asked, “Sarah, can you answer this for me? Your mother and father have a child and it’s not your brother or your sister. Who is it?”
Sarah Palin answered right back, “That’s easy, it’s me!”
Biden smiled, and said, “Thanks!” Then, he went back to speak with Obama.
“Say, I did some research and I have the answer to that riddle. It’s Sarah Palin!”
Obama got up, stomped over to Biden, and angrily yelled into his face, “No! You idiot! It’s Tony Blair!”
AND THAT IS PRECISELY WHAT’S GOING ON WITH OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IN WASHINGTON , D.C.

Just to be clear, this “joke” (and it is a doozy!) implies two things–one, that the Queen has something to do with running the British government and two, that Sarah Palin is smart. Yikes.
You can’t shame politicians when they lie, when they cheat on their spouses, steal money/benefits from their districts or the unintended consequences of their actions. Politicians have been evolving for years and, like a fungus, they have become resistant to just about every medicine we can apply…except the vote. We need to vote, be active, get your opinons out there and get folks that “represent” you. Quit complaining.

You’re right about everything except the unintended concequences thing. None of the results of what they have done are unintended. Thery’re intelligent, just sleazy.
I still haven’t figured out how these people manage to get elected, and stay in office.
On another subject, Brian, the chest hair thing was just so wrong. I’ll be haunted by that sick visual most of the day.

2nd- “with us or against us” is exactly what’s wrong with this country. Imagine a day when people like you realize we are all on the SAME SIDE!

The 73 year old, 11 term, representative from Los Angles district 35 is also on the Judiciary committee, she received 79% of the votes. Her ethics hearing was suspended due to partisan acrimony, it may not be continued. Brian and Frank did a nice job in bringing this to our attention and putting a little humorous fear in our minds. Their video clip was really to the point, it took a lot of editing for them to find that portion in searching the hours avialable on Ms Waters. To have her as chairman of the Financial Services committee would be the height of folly and bring an embarrasement on the entire House of Representatives. She gets a lot of miles by beating up on the honkeys and anything white is bad and business is good only for their green.
She epitomizes the dangers of Democracy but it still is the best system. Savitt is correct in his assement of future leadership, Watt is the front runner but Miller from NC has a shot.
According to an article in Wall Street Journal yesterday, Maxine Waters have compared bankers to “gangsters”, and has publicly said: Congress should “tax them out of business”.
Then you wonder why are companies too worried to start hiring to expand in this country?!

I hope that the Maxine’s message gets out there. I want everyone to know what she and other democrats really have planned for us. She let it slip, and the true message of socialism/democrats got out. But with so many people thinking that the gov and big biz/wall street OWES them something, my fear is people will think its GREAT idea! I believe that socialism is an easy sell and many people will buy it. Who wants to hear that you have to work hard and rely on your own efforts to get ahead? Why not take what the other guy has? Thats way easier.
While Ms. Waters scares me like most liberal CA dems., given her alleged involvement with her husband’s bank(ing), (thankfully) I suspect she is not going to survive her ethics hearing. If she does survive, shame on Washington DC. However, any further considered “bad” in her dealings re her husband and she won’t have stature to gain head of any committee. I agree with Mr. Savitt.

why don’t you guys ever do shows exposing the fraud that is MERS? This is blatant disregard for rule of law. Please help inform people about what the states legislatures have slipped by us all with the scam of MERS foreclosing, allowing sold securitized notes to be re-united with their long lost deeds.

Hey, while we’re talking about ole Maxie, whatever happened to her ethics probe? You know, her hubby’s bank getting preferential treatment during the bank bailouts? Did that just get swept under the carpet in true DC style?
Personally, I think that Waters would be a great thing. She is “so far out there” that she would be unable to gain support, much less respect, even among her own party. That would basically shut down anything substantive coming from the Housing committee which is probably the best thing that could happen. I don’t see her as being the person that the Dems could see as having the intellectual capability of leading the Housing effort in the House. Face it, she isn’t exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer. Besides, what is the realistic chance that the Dems are going to gain control of the House in 2012? I’d place that probability as being somewhere between slim and none. Even the liberal base isn’t very happy with Obama and the rest of them right now.

Several House Financial Services Committee (Democrats) are in the running. Although, the Queen of mean is their most senior member, she’s not a lock. Moreover, she still has her ethics hearing to deal with. My quess is Mel Watt of NC or Carolyn Maloney of NY will get it. Lastly, as the D’s are the minority party whoever wins the position will only be ranking member, not the Chairman.

Not once have I heard a single mention of ousting the Queen of Socialistic Doctrine from her throne. Maybe Frank and Brian enjoy eating sushi in a bistro with patrons sans clothes? Ya think?

While I am sure Frank and Brian do have an opinion I am sure – they are prudent enough to not let it muddy the waters of the message and information that they are trying to convey.
