The most frustrating thing about dealing with media like O’Reilly is that it is virtually impossible to communicate with them because they are so big they get literally hundreds of thousands of Emails and calls a day.. Don’t go down that road!. As soon as you isolate yourself from the regular people that got you started you lose your appeal and your core audience that helped to make you.
You have already showed signs of Isolating yourselves. You have no direct access. Might want to consider this point.

I get my TBWS reception just fine, no start up problems, no jerky picture, sound quality is great. Everything is just ducky!

I enjoyed your presentation on 203ks. I specialize in Renovation financing both for FHA & conventional. I am also certified as a 203k specialist from a company called REBUILDUSA. They are a national training company that trains realtors and lenders on 203ks , once they complete a online 5 hour training course they get certification. Rebuild works with Lowes which is really embrasing 203k.
The best part about 203ks is that I get alot of leads from other loan officers who do not do them.
